The Jack Kennedy and Associates Realty Team

Jack Kennedy Jack started his real estate career in 1980, and established his own company in 1989. Jack was one of the original founders of ReMax Cherry Creek, served on the board of Cherry Creek Mortgage and ran the Van Schaack office in Denver, which was the premier real estate company in Denver during the 1980’s. Today, Jack is a Real Estate Broker and managing partner of Kennedy-Hancock Realty.

He has over 24 years experience in the real estate industry and every year since 1980, Jack has earned the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Roundtable Award (the Million Dollar Sales Roundtable Award is rewarded for doing over a million dollars in residential real estate sales). This puts Kennedy-Hancock Realty in the upper echelon of realtors.

Jack Kennedy was one of the top 40 brokers in the Denver Board of Realtors. Kennedy-Hancock Realty did over 30 million dollars worth of real estate sales in 2004—this is a proven track record of constantly getting the job done.

Jack is dedicated to real estate and has proven it by continuing his education and earning the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Jack also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in history. He is also an honorably discharged Veteran of Vietnam.

Amie MacKenzie
Amie is a true Colorado native. She was born in a small town on the Western slope, graduated from The Colorado College with a degree in Math, and has spent the last 20 years in Denver teaching, raising kids, working as a professional actor, and enjoying a career in real estate.

While Amie's degree in Math is helpful in contract negotiations, it's her energy, persistence, and winning personality that will make you glad you've got her on your side.

Amie is a great resource for information about education and neighborhoods in Denver. She has performed or taught workshops in every school district from Boulder to Colorado Springs and continues to travel the state (and country!) with her sons' competitive soccer teams. She believes that Colorado is a GREAT place to call "home".

Anne Kennedy
Anne is a Real Estate Broker, and is married to Jack. Anne handles marketing and showings for our clients. She fills in for Jack when he needs help or is out of town. She also holds “open houses” and assists in the office.
